By accessing or using TrainerSessions, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

TrainerSessions is a platform that enables personal trainers to create booking pages, manage schedules, accept payments, and communicate with clients. We act as a technology provider and are not a party to the agreements between trainers and clients.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You may not share your account credentials with others.

4. Trainer Responsibilities

  • Trainers are independent service providers, not employees of TrainerSessions
  • Trainers are responsible for the quality and safety of their services
  • Trainers must honor bookings or provide reasonable notice of cancellation
  • Trainers are responsible for their own tax obligations and business compliance

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate booking and payment information
  • Clients should arrive on time for scheduled sessions
  • Cancellations are subject to the trainer's cancellation policy

6. Payments & Fees

Payments are processed through Stripe. TrainerSessions may charge a platform fee as described on our pricing page. Refunds are subject to the trainer's cancellation policy. Trainers receive payouts according to Stripe's payout schedule.

7. Limitation of Liability

TrainerSessions is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from training sessions booked through the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Intellectual Property

The TrainerSessions name, logo, and platform are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, bios, etc.) but grant us a license to display it on the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
